- Shipping & Delivery
- Packages are shipped with UPS ground service.
Shipping to the continental United States is FREE for all rugs and pads.We ship only to the billing address on your credit card (please verify your billing address before placing your order for faster service). if you use a P.O. BOX as your main billing address, call your credit card company and have them include your home address as a secondary address for the card. At the same time, you may want to go ahead and place your order with us. You may include the secondary address in the comment area of the shopping cart.
- Returns & Replacements
- If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it for a refund or exchange. All items come with a no questions asked money back guarantee. please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The customer is responsible for shipping both ways. which means we will deduct price of shipping when giving refund. (no drop-offs)
- NO REFUNDS AFTER 14 DAYS of receiving the goods.
- The customer may exchange for the same price or more with no restocking fee.
